Milano's appearance was to help launch her clothing line for female NASCAR fans. The apparel features 10 drivers, including fan favorites Patrick and Dale Earnhardt Jr.
It follows other Touch By Alyssa Milano lines designed for NFL, NBA and MLB teams.
"Ever since Touch came out, which was about seven years ago now, the most frequently asked question that I've been asked by female sports fans has been, 'When are you doing NASCAR?'" said Milano, who found fame in the 1980s as a child actor on ABC's "Who's the Boss?" "I felt like it was pretty important because it kept coming up.
"So we got serious about trying to do it in the last couple of years, and NASCAR has been wonderful to work with and very responsive. It's really just amazing to be able to be here after so many years of wanting to be here and having it be a reality."
It seems Channing Tatum, widely acknowledged as the sexiest man alive, is every women's crush these days. But who did the heartthrob pine for as a kid? In a new interview, Tatum revealed that Alyssa Milano was his childhood crush.
The 33-year-old tells Elle, "She was it, man." But the White House Down actor would still get giddy if they crossed paths with her today. "I'd love to run into her. I'm pretty sure I'd geek out. Isn't she married?" he pressed.
Indeed she is, and to Hollywood agent David Bugliari. Together they have a son, Milo, who will soon be 2.
Tatum is a father as well, having welcomed daughter Everly with wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum on May 30. Dewan is Tatum's current crush, telling Elle that "my sculptures look like my wife." The actor sculpts in his spare time and seems to use his wife as inspiration.
Someone should probably let Tatum know about Milano's new Maxim cover. The 40-year-old still looks great in a pair of teeny white shorts and a buttoned down flannel. Milano grew up on screen, acting on the series Who's the Boss. So did being adored by young boys around the world inflate young Alyssa's ego? She tells Maxim, "It wasn't weird, because I didn't know any different."
Milano's working again as she currently stars in ABC's Mistresses.
"We're excited to welcome Alyssa to the NASCAR family, and for the first time, we now have a fashion forward clothing line exclusively for our many female fans," said Blake Davidson, NASCAR vice president, licensing and consumer products. "The Touch brand offers our fans a fresh and stylish line of apparel that is designed specifically for them."
Touch by Alyssa Milano is the premier, high-end fashion brand for the female sports fan. The brand represents a breakthrough in fashion and function. Touch empowers the fiercely loyal fan to look and feel her best. Whether cheering on their favorite race team or simply living life, Touch provides a platform for female sports fans to rally around.
"I am very excited to be able to bring Touch apparel to female NASCAR fans," said Alyssa Milano. "I have received so many requests over the past few years to expand distribution of the Touch brand into NASCAR, so I'm really proud to have NASCAR under the Touch brand umbrella."
Has anyone ever told you a juicy piece of gossip and you swore to keep it secret? All of a sudden each conversation that follows feels like you’re sitting on a witness stand.
If they just said, “Hey, no big deal, but listen to this…” you’d forget it seconds later, and never tell anybody. But when they say, “Don’t tell a soul!” for some reason our poker faces melt off and we’re an open book.
That’s kind of what happened to me recently while sitting in the guest’s chair on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon." I had been waiting and waiting and waiting to tell this huge, exciting secret. I couldn’t wait any longer! So I told millions of people.
I’m part of the NASCAR family! How the heck am I supposed to keep that one under wraps? Would you?

As you guys may know, I’m a passionate sports fan. And I love sharing that passion with other sports fans. And no one is more passionate than NASCAR fans.
That’s why I’m so excited about bringing Touch to NASCAR. I’m hoping that the millions of female NASCAR fans will love it as much they love NASCAR. I mean, the first rule of being a NASCAR fan is choosing your favorite driver, right? The new Touch Collection will help you do just that. Gotta support your guy – or girl … and look stylish doing it!
Women flock to the race tracks every weekend as much as men do. I don’t think there’s any sport with a more loyal female fan base than NASCAR. It’s a perfect fit!
So I hope you guys love the new Touch NASCAR Collection. I’m really proud of it, and excited to be able to finally share it with all my fellow female NASCAR fans.
See you at the races!
Peace, Love and NASCAR,

Alyssa Milano may be showing us all kinds of sexiness lately, but her husband David Bugliari isn't worried one bit.
"He's very supportive," Milano told me just about a month ago at the Billboard Music Awards. "He's [a talent] agent, so he's used to this crazy business."
Milano appears braless underneath a flannel shirt while wearing a pair of shorter-than-short shorts on the cover of Maxim magazine's July issue.
The 40-year-old mom of one not only sizzles there, but she's also steaming up television with her provacotive new prime-time soap, Mistresses.
"We have such a solid relationship," Milano said of her marriage. "Nothing could sway that."
The former Charmed star and the Creative Artists Agency agent married almost four years ago at his family's estate in New Jersey. Milano wore a Vera Wang gown. Guests included Bugliari's client Bradley Cooper.
The couple had been dating for more than a year when Bugliari popped the question.
Milano gave birth to their first their first baby, son Milo, 10 months ago. "Two days ago, he said, 'I love you, mama,'" she said at the Billboards. "I died. I was crying. I was such a mess."
And look for more little ones sooner than later. "I've had such a great time being pregnant that you're probably going to see me more pregnant than not in the next few years because I'm really digging it," Milano told me back when she was still preggers in May 2011.
Mistresses premiered on June 3. "It's Disney/ABC so it's not too naked. Mickey wouldn't approve," Milano said. "But it is saucy, for sure."
She is one busy lady. It was announced earlier this month that she was replacing Carolyn Murphy as the new host of Project Runway All Stars. The latest round of the fashion competition show is expected to premiere in the fall with returning judges Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman.
Here's hoping Milano does double duty as a model during a lingerie challenge.
"[I]t only got embarrassing when the show would take what was going on with me and write it into the show, like 'Samantha's First Bra,'" she told the publication. "It was like, OK, guys, do we really need to do this? But what an awesome time stamp!"
"I think Christina Applegate and I are the only two who maintained some sort of career path past the shows that launched us," she says. " But I have a great family, and I look at a lot of these kids who struggle in the industry and think they'd have struggled no matter what they did."
