Hello everybody,

Charmed initially ran for eight seasons on The WB. The CW hasn't given up on its hopes to reboot Charmed, though the initial pitch is being retooled.

""It's in redevelopment," CW boss Mark Pedowitz told reports at the 2017 TV Critics' Association summer press tour. "[We're] waiting to see what Jennie Urman wants to come back with. ... It's early in the development process, but we're redeveloping it, and hopefully it will come out."

Jane the Virgin creator Jennie Urman is writing the upcoming revival series with Jessica O’Toole and Amy Rardin, all of whom will executive produce alongside Propagate Content's Ben Silverman and Brad Silberling. When the initial news broke, was attached to direct.

Charmed aired on The WB from 1998 to 2006. The series centered around three sisters who are also witches referred to as the "Charmed Ones," who used their magical powers as a force for good. It initially starred Alyssa Milano, Holly Marie Combs and Shannen Doherty, before Doherty exited and was replaced by a new sister played by Rose McGowan."

Charmed Updates icon

Hello everybody,

I am trying to make something different here with "Charmed Novel" since the page that I am building is still under construction. So we are trying to continue with the next book which is actually the last 5 books in the series. And since these "Charmed" books series have been high in demand by every fans out there then it would be nice for us to continue the next spotlight for "Charmed" books. Let's continue this week with the online novel penned by various authors "The Warren Witches"!

"Binding Ties

The most important thing in the Charmed Ones' lives isn't magic, and it's not their jobs or their clothes. It's family. Piper, Phoebe, and Paige are Warren witches -- the latest in a long line of women with incredible supernatural strength. For more than two centuries, the Warren witches have fearlessly practiced magic: From Melinda Warren in the 1600s to the Charmed Ones in 2005, the power of these witches is unsurpassed.

"The Warren Witches" recounts never-before-told stories of their lives -- as women, as witches, and, most important, as members of a family of considerable magical strength and power. Above all, they are family; beyond all, they are witches."

Hello everybody,

All the contestants on “Project Runway All Stars” have competed on the series before in some form or another, but season six will feature a “Rookies vs. Vets” twist in which half of the 16 contestants have competed as “All Stars” before, while the other half are first-timers on this spin-off series. But while all of this year’s contestants have “Runway” experience, we’re guaranteed to have a brand new winner since none of this year’s competitors have ever prevailed before in any version of the series.

So who do you think will win? The season premieres on Thursday night, January 4, and you can now make your predictions for who will claim the title and who will be eliminated first.

New Article: Alyssa Milano Call Out Matt Damon For His “Tone Deaf” Comments About Sexual Assault
Posted on 24 Dec 2017

Alyssa News icon

Hello everybody,

Other women in Hollywood came forward to criticize Damon’s clouded point of view including Alyssa Milano. In a series of tweets, Milano addressed Damon in a series of tweets saying that women are outraged “because we were silenced for so long.” She went on to compare sexual harassment, misconduct, assault, and violence to cancer saying that it is a “systemic disease.” She concluded, “The tumor is being cut out right now with no anesthesia. Please send flowers.”

" Dear Matt Damon,

It’s the micro that makes the macro.

(Thread)

— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) December 16, 2017

We are in a “culture of outrage” because the magnitude of rage is, in fact, overtly outrageous. And it is righteous.

— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) December 16, 2017

I have been a victim of each component of the sexual assault spectrum of which you speak. They all hurt. And they are all connected to a patriarchy intertwined with normalized, accepted–even welcomed– misogyny.

— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) December 16, 2017

We are not outraged because someone grabbed our asses in a picture. We are outraged because we were made to feel this was normal. We are outraged because we have been gaslighted. We are outraged because we were silenced for so long.

— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) December 16, 2017

There are different stages of cancer. Some more treatable than others. But it’s still cancer.

— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) December 16, 2017

Sexual harassment, misconduct, assault and violence is a systemic disease. The tumor is being cut out right now with no anesthesia. Please send flowers. #MeToo

Charmed Updates: Exclusive Spotlight On "Charmed" Books, With Novel By Paul Ruditis, "The War On Witches" Finally Added!

Charmed Updates icon

Hello everybody,

I am trying to make something different here with "Charmed Kindle Novel" since the page that I am building is still under construction. So we are trying to continue with the next book which is actually the first book in he series. And since these "Charmed" books series have been high in demand by every fans out there then it would be nice for us to continue the next spotlight for "Charmed" books. Let's continue this week with the online novel penned by Paul Ruditis "The War On Witches"!

"Having won the ultimate battle against the forces of darkness, Piper, Phoebe, and Paige—The Charmed Ones—are looking forward to a hard-earned, peaceful future. But when Phoebe’s former love, Cole, returns from the dead and the sisters are reunited with Prue, now imprisoned at the magical convergence between the realms, a dangerous new threat emerges.

As seemingly normal mortals violently steal the magic of witches, The Charmed Ones must shield their kind while protecting themselves from a modern-day witch hunt.

Charmed: The War on Witches continues the story of the Halliwell witches, picking up where the hit television series, Charmed, left off. With only the Book of Shadows to guide them, the Halliwell sisters are the fulfillment of their ancestor Melinda Warren’s prophecy that three sisters descending from her line would become the most powerful witches of all time. As The Charmed Ones, the sisters use the Power of Three to protect the innocent and banish evil from the Earthly realm."

Charmed Updates: Exclusive By Fansided, Is It Charmed to blame for Sabrina going to Netflix?
Posted on 23 Dec 2017
Posted by Admin
Charmed Updates icon

Hello everybody,

Netflix picking up the two-season, 20-episode show seems a little absurd when you consider that. However, another witchy show may have something to do with it. The CW still has hopes for a Charmed reboot, even though the premise will actually have nothing to do with the original series.

"Remember when The CW announced that it was going to do a Charmed reboot last year? Fans were excited because they’ve been asking for that for years. However then it turned out it was going to be set in the 1970s and be about three witchy friends. It was nothing to do with the Halliwell sisters or even their ancestors, like Penny “Grams” Halliwell. Most loyal Charmed fans hated the idea and The CW shelved it for the time being.

Jane the Virgin showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman is still working on adapting the reboot for the network. It’s possible that this will happen in 2018, and The CW can’t possibly have two witchy freshman shows, can it? Not when you then add the Supernatural spin-off, Wayward Sisters, to the mix.

I say this partially sarcastically, since there are plenty of superhero shows on the network, so two witchy shows really shouldn’t be much of an issue. But the reality is freshman shows are risky and The CW is green lighting a lot of pilots, so space will also be an issue.

Regardless, it looks like Charmed is to blame for Sabrina going to Netflix. It could also have something to do with the production companies though. Riverdale is currently a Warner Bros. and CBS joint production. Sabrina would have to be the same if it aired on The CW.

By putting Sabrina on Netflix, Warner Bros. gets to keep full ownership (and that’s something it wants to do). Charmed, meanwhile, is owned by CBS. The CW is CBS’ baby network, so it makes sense to put the new witchy show there. Both production companies get sole ownership of their respective shows."

Charmed Updates: Exclusive WB 'Charmed' Reboot Rumors, The New Series Sure to Happen as 'Sabrina' Moves to Netflix!
Posted on 17 Dec 2017
Posted by Admin
Charmed Updates icon

Hello everybody,

With "Sabrina the Teenage Witch/Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" now happening on Netflix, rumors claim that there is no more stopping The CW from bringing back "Charmed" on TV.

"According to the rumors, The CW is bent on producing a reboot of "Charmed" as, allegedly, the reason why it passed on the "Sabrina Teenage Witch" series, which it was originally planning to produce as a pair to its "Riverdale" series was partly because of the "Charmed" reboot. After all, having two witch-centered series in the same network may be too much.

To recall, it was in September when The CW announced that it would be producing "Sabrina Teenage Witch" series. However, earlier this month, it was revealed that Netflix has picked up the series, ordering it a two-season run with a total of 20 episodes.

Reports claim that another reason why The CW favored a "Charmed" reboot over the "Sabrina Teenage Witch" series is that the latter is a property of CBS, the network's mother company. Hence, The CW can have the freehand on whatever it wants to do with the series. Whereas, if the network chose "Sabrina Teenage Witch," it would have worked in partnership with Warner Bros.

As of this writing, though, there is still no clear update on the "Charmed" reboot as the latest statement from The CW was made last August, when it revealed that the script for the project is still being developed by "Jane the Virgin" writer Jennie Snyder Urman. Unfortunately, the last official update was the same statement the network released when it announced in February that it was shelving the reboot temporarily following the backlash from the fans of the original "Charmed," which aired on CBS from 1998 to 2006.

Is the "Charmed" reboot really the culprit for the departure of another witch series from The CW? Will the series finally return in 2018? Will it involve any of the original cast members?"

New Article: Exclusive Net neutrality ruling, Mark Ruffalo, Alyssa Milano and other celebrities react
Posted on 17 Dec 2017

Appearances icon

Hello everybody,

Actress and activist Alyssa Milano made good on her promise to drive people to the polls in Alabama Tuesday to cast their vote against controversial Senate candidate Roy Moore. The outspoken star, 44, posted a brief video on Twitter Tuesday showing herself in a van with several young people on their way to the polls to vote for Democratic candidate Doug Jones.

"“Let’s go,” she declares after asking the group questions about the importance of voting.

Milano, who helped launch the #MeToo hashtag and has encouraged women who have been subjected to sexual harassment and assault to speak out, has campaigned fiercely for Jones and against Moore, who has been accused of sexual misconduct with several underage girls while he was in his 30s. (He denies all charges against him.)

She declined to mention Moore by name in the short video, although one young person obliquely referenced the scandal when Milano asked about the “one thing you could say to people your age that are watching this right now that are interested in politics and are interested in what’s going on in your state, what would it be?”

One young woman replied: “It’s important for you to evaluate your candidates and choose someone who has integrity, because they are going to be representing you as a people.”

Earlier in the day, Milano also posted a photo of herself phone banking for Jones."
