"Ventimiglia appears on Monday's episode of Harvey's talk show, Steve, where he makes the revelation.
Milano and Ventimiglia co-starred in the 2008 horror movie Pathology, and Ventimiglia was close friends with talent agent David Bugliari, who would visit the set frequently. One day, while the two were waiting to film a scene, Milano confessed her love for Bugliari.
Ventimiglia says Milano told him she named their son, now six, after the actor because "you were the first person that I said that 'I love Dave' to, and because of that we kinda want to honor that and the friendship."
Says Ventimiglia of Milano's son: He's "such a stud, the sweetest boy, the best athlete. The kid's going to be a model superstar. He's so beautiful."
The couple also have a three-year-old daughter.
Milano told People over the summer that she credits Ventimiglia for her marriage.
"I used to confide in Milo Ventimiglia and say, 'Is that weird if I date an agent that's at my agency?’ and he was very, like, 'No, if you’re compatible, you should go for it,'" Milano said. "So I feel like he was responsible for my husband and [me] getting together."
Ventimiglia also has admitted that his childhood crush was Milano.
"When I was a kid [my crush] was totally Alyssa Milano," he told W magazine this summer. "I think everybody had a crush on Alyssa Milano, on Who’s the Boss? And then this is the craziest part: she and I did a movie where she played my fiancee. So the first part of the movie, I kind of had to get past that."
During his visit to Steve, Ventimiglia also previewed the next episode of his NBC drama series."
""Even with these strong feelings—not just about Weinstein but about workplace sexism in general—this statement is complicated for me for personal reasons," her post read. "Harvey has a wife, who I have had the privilege of working with for the last 5 years on Project Runway All Stars. Georgina Chapman is my friend. She is one of the most special humans I have ever met."
"Harvey and Georgina also have two very young children who my children have known their entire lives," her statement continued. "It is because of my love for Georgina, India and Dashiell that I haven't publicly commented on this until now. Please don't confuse my silence for anything other than respect for a dear friend and her beautiful children."
In addition to explaining her silence, Milano expressed her feelings about the Weinstein allegations.
"While I am sickened and angered over the disturbing accusations of Weinstein's sexual predation and abuse of power, I'm happy—ecstatic even—that it has opened a dialogue around the continued sexual harassment, objectification and degradation of women," she stated. "To the women who have suffered any form of abuse of power, I stand beside you. To the women who have come forward against a system that is designed to keep you silent, I stand in awe of you and appreciate you and our fortitude."
Milano's Charmed co-star McGowan was mentioned in The New York Times exposé detailing Weinstein's sexual misconduct allegations for a $100,000 settlement she reached with Weinstein in 1997 "after an episode in a hotel room during the Sundance Film Festival." Weinstein's attorney told Page Six the article's claims are "false and defamatory." McGowan has continued to speak about the Weinstein Company and sexual harassment on social media."
"While it was already announced in the earlier part of this year that The CW is delaying its planned reboot of the popular TV series "Charmed" for next year's Fall TV season, the latest rumors claim that Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano are now talking a lot about their plan to reboot the said series.
There is no denying that "Charmed" is one of the most clamored-for series to be rebooted. After all, the original series still has a cult following to this day that continues to demand more of the Halliwell sisters Prue (Shannen Doherty), Piper (Holly Marie Combs), and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) as the magical witch sisters who protect the innocent.
To recall, The CW announced earlier this year that it was planning to reboot the popular TV series that ran for eight seasons from 1998 to 2006. However, to the dismay of the fans of the original "Charmed," the network revealed it was planning to make a prequel to the original story that would not involve any of the original cast members.
After making noise on social media, fans of the original "Charmed" succeeded in preventing the reboot from happening as The CW announced that it was delaying the reboot for Fall TV season 2018 with a new script.
As of this writing, there is still no update on The CW's plan for the reboot of "Charmed," especially if it will involve the original cast members or not. However, according to a source of Life & Style, Doherty and Milano now talk a lot about their own plans of reviving the series that made them a household name in the past. It remains unclear if it is in conjunction with The CW's plan or a totally different project at all.
"Alyssa and Shannen are hoping Charmed gets a second life on network TV or Netflix. They have been talking to [co-star] Holly [Marie Combs] about reprising their roles. They're getting a kick out of the idea of getting to play moms in their 40's with teenage witches as daughters," the incognito source told the publication.
It can be recalled that Doherty and Milano had a falling out during their stint on "Charmed," and it was believed that the conflict was the reason why Doherty left the series after its third season run. However, since Doherty was diagnosed with cancer, the two have rekindled their friendship after Milano reached out to her former co-star.
Doherty announced last April that her cancer is already in remission.
With the renewed friendship between the two, fans can only hope that there will be no more stopping them from reprising their respective "Charmed" roles in a reboot."
"Alyssa Milano and Elizabeth Banks are calling for stricter gun control measures in the U.S. following the mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday (01Oct17).
At least 58 people were killed and over 500 injured as 64-year-old Steven Paddock opened fire on concert-goers at the outdoor Route 91 Harvest Festival while country star Jason Aldean performed.
Celebrities including Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Neil Patrick Harris were quick to pay tribute to the victims, but several others are urging lawmakers to pass stricter gun laws in the U.S. to prevent deadly mass shootings.
“My heart is split open for the victims and their families in Las Vegas. At what point do we Americans say #enough,” Banks writes.
“It would be wise to ban assault weapons, high-capacity magazines and silencers,” she adds in response to a Twitter user who called on citizens to refrain from issuing judgment about gun control and mental health until more information is known about gunman Paddock and his motives. “None of which is excessive.”
January Jones and Ava DuVernay have also issued strongly-worded statements, calling Paddock a domestic terrorist."

"Prepare for a lot of Alyssa Milano on your TV in 2018!
The actress-producer announced three huge projects on Tuesday. She's developing a comedy that she'll star in called Alyssa Milano for Mayor for Lifetime, got promoted to series regular on Netflix's Insatiable, and is also adapting her graphic novel Hactivist into a potential series for The CW, according to Deadline.
As the title of the Lifetime comedy teases, Milano will play an exaggerated version of herself in the vein of Larry David on Curb Your Enthusiasm or James Van Der Beek on Don't Trust the B---- in Apt. 23. Through a weird series of events, Milano will become the mayor of a suburban town and have to navigate the mind-numbing minutia of community politics.
Also on the acting front, Milano is stepping up her role in Netflix's Insatiable -- which was originally discaredd by The CW -- after starting off as a guest-star in the show's pilot. The series is based on lawyer Bill Alverson's turn from law to beauty pageant coaching. Milano plays his "social-climbing wife" as he tries to turn a bullied teenager into the next teenage pageant queen.
Milano's relationship with The CW isn't completely sour though. She's returning to them to turn Hactivist into a television show. The network attempted to develop it last pilot season but eventually rolled on the project. Now the series has a new writer in Grant Thompson who will try to take the story of Nate Graft and Ed Hiccox, "two twentysomething best friends and co-founders of the most important social networking company in the world, who are recruited to work secretly for the CIA," to a series order.
Honestly, it's exhausting just having to write about all of that let alone having to be part of all of it. Get ready for the Milano takeover in 2018."
"Alyssa Milano responded to President Donald Trump's NFL anti-protest comments by posting a picture of her six-year-old son "taking the knee."
"Thank you, @realDonaldTrump for giving me opportunities to teach my children the difference between right and wrong," the 44-year-old Who's the Boss star captioned the image.
The pic showed her son Milo dressed in a New York Giants player Eli Manning's No. 10 jersey, holding a football, and kneeling.
Last year, then-San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was booed for taking a knee during the national anthem, a silent protest he said was meant to bring awareness to police brutality and racial injustices against minorities in the United States.
"Wouldn't you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, 'Get that son of a b---- off the field right now," Trump said during a rally in Alabama on Saturday. "Out. He's fired. He's fired!'""
