Is that Elzabeth Taylor?! No, it’s Alyssa Milano all dressed up and gracing the cover of Disfunkshion Magazine. On the heels of silver screen sirens before her, Alyssa is turning heads - and not just for her beauty. The film + tv star discusses her career and, more importantly, her philanthropic efforts in the latest issue of Disfunkshion. Haven’t heard of the mag?
Disfunkshion Magazine was created to motivate and inspire modern women who juggle the diversities and challenges of life, with style. The magazine hopes to help build the role models of today’s society by encouraging involvement in local community. With Disfunkshion Magazine, every young woman can be heard, through her heart-felt words of wisdom or through the medium of her art. Plus, they’ve got a pretty awesome spread of Alyssa Milano.
“Alyssa is, all at once, etherial and worldly. It doesn’t take much [makeup] to bring out beauty like that,” says celebrity makeup artist Catherine Addis of Alyssa Milano’s Disfunkshion spread. We asked Catherine how you can Alyssa’s Hollywood look, and here’s what she says:
“Alyssa has amazing skin, so you’ve got to start with a healthy diet and lots of water. After that, stay supple with a solid moisturizer. I like Crème Riche Hydratante by Embryolisse Laboratories. Create an even canvas by applying your favorite, full cover foundation. I use Makeup Forever’s HD Foundation for most of my clients. But, if you don’t like a full face of makeup, try mixing your foundation with moisturizer for a tinted, shear finish.
“For a smokey eye, start with light, neutral colors to cover your entire lid. Then, beginning at the lash line, gradually apply darker shades to create a gradient of dark at the lash to light on the lid. Finish with a waterproof cream liner, like Matte Collection AMC Eyeliner Gel 77 by Inglot Cosmetics, and you’ll be red carpet ready!”

Who’s the Boss was a successful series that ran for eight seasons on ABC, from September 20, 1984 until April 25, 1992. For most of the show’s run, it was in the top 20 of the ratings. For many, it is the quintessential 1980s sitcom and is still very popular in syndication today.
The series told the story of a single Dad and former baseball pro, Tony Micelli (Tony Danza) who wanted to get his tomboy daughter, Samantha (Alyssa Milano), out of New York. He ends up taking a job with uptight ad executive Angela Bower (Judith Light). While she’s at the office putting in long hours, he keeps the single mom’s house running smoothly, watches out for Angela’s son Jonathan (Danny Pintauro), and occasionally tries to rein-in Angela’s mother, man-hungry Mona Robinson (Katherine Helmond). As time went on, Angela and Tony developed a romantic relationship. When the series ended, it looked like the two might be on the road to matrimony (an idea that Danza didn’t like).
In 2004, Danza began hosting his own daytime talk show, The Tony Danza Show. It was a moderate success and lasted two seasons before being cancelled. One of the most memorable episodes of that series was a reunion of the cast of Who’s the Boss, on November 8, 2005. Though it was extremely brief and informal, it’s nice to see the actors play the characters once more in a short sketch (it’s in the last segment). Take a look

It's always a struggle shifting the baby weight within the first year - let alone the first month that some celebrities try to strive for. And Alyssa Milano is clearly enjoying being back in the spotlight, showing off her svelte frame, after giving birth to son Milo last August.
The Charmed actress attended the Disney Media Networks International Upfronts event at the Disney studios in Burbank, California, wearing a knee-length dress made of sea colours. The top of the frock was detailed with a turquoise high V-neck sash, while the lower half complemented it with an electric blue.
As she set off for the event, she credited her make-up artists for making her look 'pretty'.

Welcome to a provocative and thrilling drama about the scandalous lives of a sexy and sassy group of four girlfriends, each on her own path to self-discovery, as they brave the turbulent journey together.
Meet Savi (Alyssa Milano), a successful career woman working toward the next phase in her life — both professional and personal — simultaneously bucking for partner at her law firm while she and her husband, Harry (Brett Tucker), try to start a family of their own. Savi’s free-spirited and capricious baby sister, Josselyn (Jes Macallan), couldn’t be more different – living single, serial dating and partying, and regularly leaning on her big sister along the way. Their common best friend, April (Rochelle Aytes), a recent widow and mother of two, is rebuilding her life after tragedy and learning to move forward, with the support and guidance of her closest girlfriends. And friend Karen (Yunjin Kim), a successful therapist with her own practice, reconnects with the girls after her involvement in a complicated relationship with a patient goes far too deep.
“Mistresses” is a salacious new drama about a group of friends caught in storms of excitement and self-discovery, secrecy and betrayal, and bound by the complex relationships they’ve created.
